MOTION: It was m/s by Thorne/Olson to reintroduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 2134 <br /> approving a Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Greenbriar Homes <br /> Communities. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Narum, Olson, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: Councilmember Brown <br /> Absent: Councilmember Pentin <br /> Councilmember Pentin rejoined the meeting and took his seat at the dais. <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> Councilmember Olson noted that tonight was the City Attorney's last meeting as counsel for the City of <br /> Pleasanton and wished him the best in the next chapter of his life. <br /> MATTERES INITIATED BY COUNCIL - None <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:08 p.m. to January 5, 2016 <br /> adjourned regular meeting. The Council extended a tribute to our nation's men and women serving in <br /> the military.
