THE CITY OF <br /> 6 <br /> -` CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTON. <br /> January 19, 2016 <br /> Engineering <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 10144 AT 362 <br /> SYCAMORE ROAD <br /> SUMMARY <br /> PUD-93 and Parcel Map 10144 provided for the creation of four detached single-family <br /> homes on a vacant 2.23-acre lot located at 362 Sycamore Road and within the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan area. The property is located 375 feet east of the intersection <br /> of Sunol Boulevard and Sycamore Road, as shown on the attached vicinity map. <br /> The project developer has constructed the subdivision improvements in conformance <br /> with the approved improvement plans. All subdivision improvements have been <br /> inspected and the City Engineer is recommending that City Council accept them as <br /> complete. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept all public improvements for Parcel Map 10144. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Acceptance of the public improvements will have a negligible financial impact on the <br /> City. Revenue from taxes and fees will generally cover any increased cost to provide <br /> services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
