CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> • <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> December 1, 2015 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Narum led <br /> the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Jonathan Lowell reported that the City Council met in Closed Session with Legal Counsel <br /> regarding Existing Litigation concerning Claimant Tim Miltner and that Council took no reportable <br /> action. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-806 setting the 2016 calendar year city <br /> council meeting schedule <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Community Services <br /> 3. Waived full reading and introduced Ordinance No 2132 amending the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code Chapter 2.39, Civic Arts Commission pertaining duties, activities and membership <br /> Economic Development <br /> 4. Public Hearing: Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-807 levying the Pleasanton <br /> Downtown Business Improvement District Assessment for 2016 <br /> Finance <br /> 5. Accept the monthly disbursements and investment report for October 2015 <br /> 6. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-808 accepting the FY 2014/15 Year-End <br /> Financial Report for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget and amend the FY2014/15 <br /> CIP Budget <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Pentin/Brown to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Motion passed <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br />
