By in mid-meeting or in a private meeting during a break of the public meeting, ignoring the PMC definition of"Structure" and putting forth a resolution that Arne Olsen read and that apparently Kathy Narum also had a copy of, classifying a road as "infrastructure" also violates the Measure PP Notice of Intent to Circulate Petition. Note that also, the revised development plan and draft revised resolution were never posted to the Pleasanton City website within 72 hours of the last Pleasanton City Council meeting, even though the City of Pleasanton apparently received the revised development plan from the developer during the Wednesday/Thursday timeframe and presented revised plans to the City in a series of private closed door meetings prior to the City Council meeting. These revised development plans were never shared with the public when the City of Pleasanton posted the agenda for the last city council meeting. Please provide the date stamped Save Pleasanton's Hills and Housing Cap one page form filed with the city clerk to the Lund Ranch II record which states: "3) Exempt 10 or less housing units and supporting infrastructure on "legal parcels" of January 1, 2007 from hillside development restrictions." Please also continue the Second Reading tonight so that the City Council can revise the PUD-25 approval that violates Measure PP so that it conforms with Measure PP.
