I am always intrigued by new <br /> developments, especially in our downtown area, but am particularly looking forward to something <br /> being done with this corner. The property as it sits now is out of place, with the majority of the <br /> property looking like a vacant lot. With so much recent construction and revitalization in the area, this <br /> project will fit perfect.
