THE CITY OF <br /> _ _ <br /> _ 13 <br /> _ _ na Al I mien CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTON. <br /> December 15, 2015 <br /> Engineering <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 10287 <br /> (ROSEWOOD COMMONS) LOCATED AT 4400 ROSEWOOD DRIVE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Parcel Map 10287 created 10 commercial lots on an approximately 52.45-acre portion of <br /> the property located at 4400 Rosewood Drive. The property is located in the northeast <br /> corner of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and Owens Drive, as shown on <br /> Attachment 1. The property is now known as Rosewood Commons. All subdivision <br /> improvements have been constructed and public improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept all public improvements constructed with PM 10287 for normal maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> • <br /> 3. Authorize the release of 90% of the $630,550 cash bond after 30 days have elapsed <br /> following the recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of the public sanitary <br /> sewer main. Revenue from fees collected generally cover the increased cost to provide <br /> services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
