Fehr & Peers experience in developing parking <br /> management plans for other local jurisdictions, providing input to policy updates, and offering <br /> guidance regarding available and emerging parking technology will help us provide immediate, near- <br /> term and long-term parking solutions of for downtown Pleasanton. For this work effort, we have <br /> partnered with Studio L'Image to provide support for the wayfinding component of this project, and <br /> StreetLight Data, to provide enhanced travel metrics to the downtown area, such as duration of stay <br /> and trip origin,to support the development of targeted parking policies and programs. <br /> We understand that time is of the essence for this project as many parking areas within downtown <br /> Pleasanton are operating at capacity for portions of the day. We have structured our work plan to be <br /> collaborative with City staff to expedite the schedule. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Task 1 —Project Meetings and Coordination <br /> Fehr & Peers will participate in six in-person meetings as part of this project, not including meetings <br /> identified in specific tasks outlined below, including a kick-off meeting to review the scope of work <br /> and data needs, prioritize scope items, discuss preliminary parking strategies for evaluation, and <br /> finalize the project schedule. Other meetings could include informational sessions with the <br /> Pleasanton Downtown Association or the City Council. <br /> Task 2—Existing Conditions <br /> For the purposes of this work effort, the boundaries of the downtown Pleasanton parking plan area <br /> are generally Ray Street to the north, First Street to the east, Bernal Avenue to the south, and Peters <br />
