ECHO will market and provide information <br /> and referrals to Livermore and Pleasanton residents regarding local, regional, state and <br /> federal housing resources. The Housing Assistance Center services will focus outreach <br /> on low and moderate income households in Livermore and Pleasanton (80-120% of <br /> Area Median Income as defined by the Cities' affordable housing programs). ECHO will <br /> include information on outreach activities as part of reporting activities for the Services <br /> and will identify issues and opportunities regarding overall program administration. <br />
