Subject: FW: Lund Ranch
Original Message
From: Tim Stanley
Sent: Wednesday, November 18, 2015 6:26 PM
To: Mayor and City Council
Cc:
Subject: Lund Ranch
Dear Mayor and City Council,
SUPPLEMENTAL MENIAL
Provided to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
DatO
The Lund Ranch II new community is before you on Tuesday. I am in favor of Option 1, 50 units with one access road
through Lund Ranch Road. Lund Ranch II has been the subject of discussion for many years. Greenbriar Homes has been
pretty patient as the City worked through many hillside issues. I appreciate Greenbriar reducing the number of homes
to 50 in response to community concerns. Their application is the environmentally superior alternative per the EIR. Their
option is the only one that is Measure PP compliant right now. Why do we need more lawyers involved in the process?
Why do we need more Measure PP controversy when there is an option that does not warrant any additional argument?
Let's settle the issue now by choosing Option 1 and move on to other important issues in the City. Thank you for your
consideration.
Tim and Rachel Stanley
838 Sunny Brook Way
Bridle Creek
1
