Subject: FW: Lund Ranch II Connection Through Sycamore Not Ventana Hills
From: xinyu li [
Sent: Tuesday, December 01, 2015 3:36 PM
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Lund Ranch II - Connection Through Sycamore Not Ventana Hills
Dear City Council Members,
S UPPLlr-. 3 3` 4: 611 TE(RPAL
Provided to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
Date /Z—/--1(
I strongly urge you to follow the recommendation by planning committee regarding the connection road for the Lund
Ranch II development for the following reasons.
1. Basic fairness - Ventana Hills has higher population and much busier streets than Sycamore side. The impact of
building connection of Lund Ranch II on residence in Ventana Hills will be much larger than it on Sycamore's residents.
2. Safety concern - There are multiple spots around Mission Park having limited visibility due to the curved narrow road
and cars parking on both sides of the road. The safety is a real concern for kids and drivers especially in the peak hours.
3. Words promised to Ventana Hill residents
4. The existing notification and formal communication about the future development to Sycamore residents.
Richard Li
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
