a. Electrical conduit and cable pull strings shall be installed from the roof/attic <br /> area to the building's main electrical panels; <br /> b. An area shall be provided near the electrical panel for the installation of an <br /> "inverter" required to convert the direct current output from the photovoltaic <br /> panels to alternating current; <br /> c. Engineer the roof trusses to handle an additional load as determined by a <br /> structural engineer to accommodate the additional weight of a prototypical <br /> photovoltaic system beyond that anticipated for roofing; <br /> d. Plumbing shall be installed for solar-water heating; and <br /> e. Space shall be provided for a solar-water-heating tank. <br /> These measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted to the <br /> Director of Community Development for review and approval before issuance of <br /> the first building permit. <br /> 45. The State of California's Green Building Standards Code, "CALGreen," shall apply, <br /> if applicable. <br /> 46. Energy Star appliances shall be installed in each residential unit. The proposed <br /> appliances shall be stated on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> 47. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times <br /> of construction. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or <br /> procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br /> 48. Unless a phasing plan for improvements is approved by the Director of Community <br /> Development, the applicant shall complete all of the on-site improvements at one <br /> time. <br /> 49. The gate at the trail connection shall not have a lock. The design of the gate shall <br /> be similar to the gate providing accessing to the Iron Horse Trail at the end of <br /> Madsen Court . This revision shall be reflected on the improvement plans. <br /> 50. The applicant/developer shall repaint the existing soundwall located on the east <br /> side of Valley Avenue between Busch Road and Santa Rita Road. The repainting <br /> of the soundwall shall be completed prior to issuance of the first building permit <br /> 51. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant/developer shall contribute <br /> to the City $25,000 for the implementation of projects in the Parks and Recreation <br /> Master Plan. <br /> 9 of 30 <br />
