Subject: FW: Lund Ranch II
Attachments: City Council Agenda Report No. 12, 10-20-15 Meeting.pdf
SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Provided to the City Council
From: lundranchdevelopment
[Sent Friday, October 16, 2015 2:25 PM After Distribution of Packet
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Lund Rach II Date /4-4 -w./.5
LUND RANCH II
As you evaluate this application and gather information from neighborhood meetings, I encourage each of you to look for
a win-win solution for each neighborhood involved in the discussion.
While I fully support the Planning Commission's recommendation to have the development connect to Sunset Creek
lane ( I live on Junipero across from Mission Hills Park), I am also sympathetic to the impact to members of our
community who live in the Sycamore Creek area.
The discussion upto this point has resulted in a win-lose outcome for the neighborhoods involved. Even City staff has
proposed a"split-the-pain" option.
I would prefer to see a win-win outcome. Why should the neighborhoods be subjected to ANY pain?
During your evaluation of information, I hope you will be able to find common ground, or any agreement among the
neighborhoods involved.
Each neighborhood seems to focus on a position supporting a result which will force traffic into another neighborhood.
Clearly a win-lose scenario.
I hope this City Council can rise above the fray and find a win-win solution for our community.
Sincerely,
John Bauer
Resident of Pleasanton
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
