JPPLE1ViENTAL MATERIAL
^°ecriv we '. ty CoUncil
Subject: Fw: Centerpointe
After Distribution of Packet
Date • OCT O 5 2015
From: c.fasulo
Sent: Monday, October 05, 2015 12:05 PM
To: Ellen Holmgren
Subject: Re: Centerpointe
Dear Ms. Holmgren,
I guess you miss the point. The overabundance of new housing/apartments filling Pleasanton at
this time is what the residents here find disturbing. Pleasanton has met its requirements. The city is
OVER-burdened. We do not have enough water to handle all these new residents from the
apartments that are presently being built. Our roads are crowded. Our schools are OVER-
crowded. There has been too much development at the expense of what made Pleasanton a nice
place to live. Once these issues have been solved or abated, then and only then should Pleasanton
consider more development.
C. Fasulo
1
