Ponderosa
is a very community-minded, highly reputable local home builder with a successful track record in
Pleasanton that spans more than 30 years. While Centerpointe needs to move on from this location,
they will remain an integral part of our community.
Third,to allay concerns of those questioning new home construction at this time, the proposed project
will in fact use less water than a church,as zoned; it's that small a project.
In short, less traffic for the surrounding neighborhood; less water consumption for the location;church's
objectives met by a highly reputable local builder. This truly is a win/win proposal that deserves your
approval.
Sincerely,
ScdttRaty
President/CEO
www.pleasanlon.org
777 Peters Avenue • Pleasanton.
