REVISIONS TO AGENDA REPORT ATTACHMENTS <br /> Staff recommends making revisions to the following attachments of the City Council Agenda <br /> Report: <br /> • Attachment 1, Exhibit A: <br /> Condition of Approval 27 should be amended to require removal of all existing signs on <br /> the site in order to reduce sign clutter and facilitate the transition to a permanent <br /> monument sign for the private school. New text is shown in underline. <br /> 27. The dimension of the monument sign for the private school shall be submitted for <br /> the review and approval by the Director of Community Development with the <br /> subdivision improvement plans. All existing skins on the proiect site shall be <br /> removed prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> Condition of Approval 53 should be amended to require review of the project's trash <br /> capture devices by the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District to ensure optimal <br /> performance of the devices. New text is shown in underline. <br /> 53. The project developer shall install trash capture devices as needed to meet <br /> NPDES C.10 requirements. The design of the trash capture devices shall be <br /> reviewed by the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District (ACMAD) and <br /> comments provided by ACMAD shall be incorporated into the trash capture device <br /> plans. The applicant shall provide a copy of ACMAD's comments as part of the <br /> plans submitted for issuance of a building permit. <br /> e See Attachment B to this memo. Attachment 4, Exhibit A of the Agenda Report. An <br /> older version of the conditions of approval pertaining to operation of the proposed <br /> private school was inadvertently included in the Agenda Report for the project. The <br /> conditions in Attachment B at the end of the memo, which reflect the conditions <br /> recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on August 12, 2015, should <br /> replace that portion of Attachment 4 in the Agenda Report. New text is shown in <br /> underline; deleted text is shown in strikethfeugh. <br /> • Attachment 5, Exhibit A, Section B of 'Recitals" in the Agenda Report. A minor text <br /> change is required in the Affordable Housing Agreement to reflect the currently- <br /> proposed number of residential units. For the Property, Developer has obtained City approval (PUD-111) to develop <br /> the Property with 26 25 new single-family detached homes as part of the <br /> Centerpointe development (the "Project"). <br /> 3 <br />
