The applicant
initially proposed to allocate 13 parking spaces on the project site for use by the
Gardens. The site plan now shows an additional three parking spaces on Cornerstone
Court within the development area that would be allocated to the Gardens. In addition,
the site plan shows that an additional six parking spaces in the school parking area
would be allocated to the Gardens as visitor parking in the evenings after school hours
(from 6:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday), and on weekends. Overall, a
total of 22 parking spaces within the project area would be allocated to the Gardens, a
nine space increase from the initially proposed 13 parking spaces. Staff finds that the
additional parking spaces would assist in meeting the parking needs at the Gardens
Page 7of12
