CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 768 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE ~ENDING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 1 (SUBDIVISIONS), <br /> TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE <br /> OF THE CITY OF PLEASAIqTON RELATING TO TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION <br /> MAPS, AND ADOPTING SA~ AS AN URGENCY MEASURE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Wherever in Chapter 1 (Subdivisions), Title II (Zoning <br /> and tevelopment) of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton, the term "City Clerk" appears, it shall be <br /> amended to read "Director of Housing and Community <br /> Development or his designated representative." <br /> <br />Section 2. Wherever in Chapter 1 (Subdivisions), Title II (Zoning <br /> and Development of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton the term "Business and Professions Code". <br />Section 3. Section 2-2.40 (Filing), Article 4 (Tentative Map), <br /> <br /> Chapter 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> §2-2.40 Filing. The subdivider shall file with the <br /> Planning Commission twenty-five (25) white <br /> copies and one (1) duplicate transparency of <br /> the tentative map of each subdivision and suc~ <br /> other copies as may be required by the Direc- <br /> tor of Housing and Community Development or <br /> his designated representative. The time of <br /> filing of a tentative map shall be construed <br /> to be the time at which a tentative map <br /> meeting all of the requirements of this <br /> article has been filed with the Director of <br /> Housing and Community Development or his <br /> designated representative and the environment, <br /> impact review process (including completion <br /> of any required environmental impact report <br /> or negative declaration) established by the <br /> City Council has been completed. The Directo~ <br /> of Housing and Community Development or his <br /> designated representative shall indicate the <br /> date of receipt of a tentative map meeting <br /> the requirements of this article and shall <br /> advise the applicant in writing when the time~ <br /> period for evaluation by the Planning Com- ~ <br /> mission of the tentative map has commenced. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 2-2.47 (Information required on Tentative Map),~ <br /> Article 4, Chapter 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br /> <br /> <br />
