55. The mass grading, grading and utility, building, and landscaping and irrigation <br /> plans shall include signs for recycled water for irrigation and construction <br /> purposes. <br /> Stormwater <br /> 56. The WDID (Waste Discharge Identification) Number shall be shown on the <br /> project plan's title sheet with the plans submitted to the Building and Safety <br /> Division for permits. <br /> 57. The property owner shall provide a signed Stormwater Operations and <br /> Maintenance agreement prior to requesting a grading or building permit. <br /> 58. Two signed copies (signed by the project QSD — Qualified SWPPP Developer <br /> and LRP — Legally Responsible Person) of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> plan (SWPPP) shall be submitted with the plans submitted to the Building and <br /> Safety Division for permits. <br /> Landscaping <br /> 59. Landscaping and water features including the waterfall, fountain, and pond shall <br /> use recycled water. The applicant shall obtain appropriate permits from the City <br /> of Pleasanton for use of recycled water, and shall provide details for identification <br /> of recycled water for use in landscaping areas and water features. If required as <br /> determined by the Director of Operation Services and the Director of Community <br /> Development, the applicant shall incorporate design features (e.g., a wrought- <br /> iron fence or low-profile wall) to prevent wading or other personal use of these <br /> features by residents or their guests. <br /> 60. The applicant shall utilize recycled water for watering only after 9:00 p.m. and <br /> before 7:00 a.m. <br /> 61. The project shall comply with the State of California's Model Water Efficient <br /> Landscape Ordinance and shall implement Bay Friendly Basics. A licensed <br /> landscape architect shall verify the project's compliance with the ordinance prior <br /> to the issuance of a building permit, and prior to final inspection. The verification <br /> shall be provided to the Planning Division. <br /> CODE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> (Applicants/Developers are responsible for complying with all applicable Federal, State <br /> and City codes and regulations regard less of whether or not the requirements are part <br /> of this list. The following items are provided for the purpose of highlighting key <br /> requirements.) <br /> Building <br /> 62. The project developer shall submit a building survey and/or record of survey and <br /> a site development plan in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.68 of <br /> the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton.
