Enaineerinq <br /> 50. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant / developer shall provide approval <br /> from Zone 7 and PG&E for reasonable access to their easements. <br /> 51. The applicant/ developer shall record all necessary easements including, but not limited <br /> to, private storm drain easement, private water line easement, and private sanitary <br /> sewer easement, prior to selling of any of the lots 5, 6 and/or 7 of Tract 8020. <br /> 52. All construction water shall be recycled water. <br /> 53. The project landscaping and irrigation system shall be designed for use of recycled <br /> water. All irrigation water shall be recycled water. <br /> 54. The property owner shall complete "Interim Agreement for the Use of Recycled Water" to <br /> the satisfaction of the City Attorney's office. <br /> 55. The mass grading, grading and utility, building, and landscaping and irrigation plans <br /> shall include signs for recycled water for irrigation and construction purposes. <br /> Stormwater <br /> 56. The WDID (Waste Discharge Identification) Number shall be shown on the project plan's <br /> title sheet with the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for permits. <br /> 57. The property owner shall provide a signed Stormwater Operations and Maintenance <br /> agreement prior to requesting a grading or building permit. <br /> 58. Two signed copies (signed by the project QSD — Qualified SWPPP Developer and LRP <br /> — Legally Responsible Person) of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention plan (SWPPP) <br /> shall be submitted with the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division for <br /> permits. <br /> Landscaping <br /> 59. Landscaping and water features including the waterfall, fountain, and pond shall use <br /> recycled water. The applicant shall obtain appropriate permits from the City of <br /> Pleasanton for use of recycled water, and shall provide details for identification of <br /> recycled water for use in landscaping areas and water features. If required as <br /> determined by the Director of Operation Services and the Director of Community <br /> Development, the applicant shall incorporate design features (e.g., a wrought-iron fence <br /> or low-profile wall) to prevent wading or other personal use of these features by <br /> residents or their guests. <br /> 60. The applicant shall utilize recycled water for watering only after 9:00 p.m. and before <br /> 7:00 a.m. <br /> 61. The project shall comply with the State of California's Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance and shall implement Bay Friendly Basics. A licensed landscape architect shall <br /> verify the project's compliance with the ordinance prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit, and prior to final inspection.
