a. Maintaining all private stormwater treatment measures on the project <br /> site. <br /> b. Annually submitting a maintenance report to the City Operations <br /> Services Department, Utilities Division, addressing the implementation <br /> of the Operation and Maintenance Agreement requirements. <br /> The final signed and notarized Operation and Maintenance Agreement shall <br /> be submitted to the Engineering Division prior to project receiving final <br /> discretionary approval by the Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, or <br /> City Council. The Agreement is subject to review and approval of the City <br /> Engineer/City Attorney, prior to recordation. <br /> 2. The Operation and Maintenance Agreement responsibilities shall include, but <br /> not be limited to the following: <br /> a. Repainting text near the drain inlets to state "No Dumping — Drains to <br /> Bay." <br /> b. Ensuring maintenance of landscaping with minimal pesticide and <br /> fertilizer use. <br /> c. Ensuring no one disposes of vehicle fluids, hazardous materials or <br /> rinse water from cleaning tools, equipment or parts into storm drains. <br /> d. Cleaning all on-site stormdrain at least twice a year with one cleaning <br /> immediately prior to the rainy season. The City may require additional <br /> cleanings. <br /> e. Sweeping regularly but not less than once a month, driveways, <br /> sidewalks and paved areas to minimize the accumulation of litter and <br /> debris. Corners and hard to reach areas shall be swept manually. <br /> Debris from pressure washing shall be trapped and collected to <br /> prevent entry into the storm drain system. Wastewater containing any <br /> soap, cleaning agent or degreaser shall not be discharged into the <br /> storm drain. <br /> f. Mowing and removing clippings from vegetated swales with grasses on <br /> a regular basis. <br /> 31 <br />
