11. Except, as modified by conditions in this document, all conditions of Cases PUD- <br /> 68 through PUD-68-05M shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> Climate Action Plan <br /> 12. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure LU3-3, the project developer <br /> shall encourage transit use and provide pedestrian and bicycle facilities on-site. <br /> 13. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure TSM1-5 and TR-16, the <br /> applicant shall continue to provide scheduled transportation for residents at <br /> reduced or no cost. <br /> 14. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure TR1-9, the applicant or <br /> responsible party shall ensure that drivers of diesel vehicles on the subject site <br /> do not idle their vehicles. <br /> 15. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measures NM1-4, NM1-5, and NM1-8, <br /> the applicant or responsible party shall provide safe and convenient bicycle <br /> parking and bicycle-related improvements. Said improvements may include <br /> bicycle storage (wall-mounted racks in covered areas for employees), work-place <br /> provision for showers, or other alternative approved by the Director of <br /> Community Development. <br /> 16. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure TDM1-6, the applicant shall <br /> convert a parking space within the north phase to include an electric vehicle <br /> charging station upon request by a resident. The subterranean garage shall <br /> include provisions (e.g. empty conduits) for any future electric vehicle charging <br /> needs. Plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division shall demonstrate <br /> compliance with this measure and are subject to the review and approval of the <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> 17. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure EC1-2, the project shall meet <br /> the City's residential green rating standard and incorporate shade trees, light- <br /> colored roofing, or energy efficient landscaping lighting. Alternative measures <br /> may be proposed and are subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br /> Community Development. <br /> 18. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure EC1-3, the project shall provide <br /> parking lot shade trees. Plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division shall <br /> demonstrate compliance with this measure and are subject to the review and <br /> approval of the Director of Community Development. <br /> 19. In accordance with Climate Action Plan Measure EC4-4, the project shall <br /> incorporate solar tubes, skylights, or other daylighting systems in the proposed <br /> buildings, as determined by the Director of Community Development. Said <br /> systems shall be identified on plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division <br /> 3 <br />
