• <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 . The concept and goals of Project "4 " to establish <br /> communication links between residents of the Federal Youth Center, <br /> Santa Rita Rehabilitation Center and Cure. Narcotics Detoxifica- <br /> tion Center, located on Camp Parks and the Tri-Valley communities <br /> is endorsed. <br /> Section 2 . The City Council urges local citizens, community <br /> groups , and businesses to become familiar with the objectives <br /> of Project "4 " and to the extent that they are possible to do <br /> so, to offer their assistance and support of the specific pro- <br /> grams developed, by Project "4 " . <br /> Section 3 .
