Section 1. Amberwood-Pleasanton Tracts #3471 and #3298 are hereby <br /> exempted from the City' s restricted growth policy in <br /> order to allow a tentative map to be filed on said <br /> tracts. The purpose of this exemption is to allow an <br /> environmental analysis to be made not only of the effects, <br /> of said tracts upon the City but also to allow the evalu- <br /> ation of a private sewage disposal system contemplated <br /> for said tracts. <br /> Section 2. The Department of Housing and Community Development <br /> is hereby authorized to accept the tentative map for <br /> Tracts #3471 and #3298 . <br /> Section 3 .
