Unit Map No. 146 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is placed in an "S" (Study) District for a period of four months pursuant to provisions of Govern- ment Code §65858. Seaion 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960 referred to in §2-12.12, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended in accordance with the action set forth in Section 1 abc~ Section 3. This ordinance is declared to be adopted pursuant to §65868 of the Government Code of the State of California and is necessary and required to protect the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pleasanton for the reasons stated above. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect immediately upon its passage and adoption and shall be of no further force and effect four months after its adoption unless extended by law, or unless, prior to expiration, the City Council enacts legislation changing the property in Exhibit A to a different zoning classification. Seaion 5. If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or any part thereof is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not effect the viability of the remai ing portion of this ordinance or any part thereof. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sen- tence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
