RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD NEW CONNECTION FEES FOR RECYCLED WATER WHEREAS, the City will be building a recycled water distribution system and has completed a study, The City of Pleasanton Recycled Water Connection Fee Study (2015) by HDR Engineering, to support connection fees for recycled water; and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a noticed public hearing regarding such connection fees. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. The Master Fee Schedule, Section IX. Water Rates, Fees, and Charges, is amended to add a new Subsection F, as follows: F. The fees set forth in Section 1, above, shall adjust annually beginning January 1, 2017 by the change in the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index. SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective August 1, 2015. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on July 21, 2015.
