NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Approves Case PUD- 81- 30 -55M, the application of SHAC Las <br />Positas Apartments LLC for a PUD major modification for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) Major Modification to amend the Housing Site Standards and Design Guidelines <br />for Site #9 to specifically change the minimum and maximum density from the required <br />30 dwelling units /acre to 15.9 dwelling units /acre for the construction of 94 condominium <br />units and related site improvements at 5.9 -acre site located at 5850 West Las Positas <br />Boulevard. <br />SECTION 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times ", a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's Office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 3.
