areas. <br />0 Construction activities conducted on the subject property shall not exceed 86 <br />dBA at any point outside of the property plane of the subject property <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 9.04.100.B.). <br />These requirements shall be printed on the construction plans to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Community Development. <br />35. Prior to issuance of a building or grading permit, the applicant/developer shall <br />provide a vibration study prepared by a qualified vibration consultant acceptable to <br />the Director of Community Development which estimates vibration levels at <br />neighboring sensitive uses. If the applicable vibration level limits established in <br />Table 4.J-4 of the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the "City of <br />Pleasanton Housing Element and Climate Action Plan General Plan Amendment <br />and Rezonings" are exceeded, mitigation shall be required to reduce vibration <br />levels so they do not exceed the applicable limits, subject the satisfaction of the <br />Director of Community Development. <br />36. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant's noise consultant shall certify <br />in writing to the Director of Community Development that the construction drawings <br />comply with the applicable City and State interior noise standards. <br />37. Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner, the project <br />applicant/developer shall submit verification from the FAA, or other verification to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer of Chief Building Official, of compliance with <br />the FAA Part 77 (Form 7460) review for construction on the project site. <br />38. The applicant and /or project developer shall develop and implement a program for <br />reclaimed water, grey water, and /or rainwater harvesting systems for the subject <br />site or as otherwise approved by the Director of Community Development. The <br />program shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community <br />Development prior to building permit issuance. <br />39. Rain gutters shall discharge into landscaping planter areas where feasible. These <br />details shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety Division <br />for plan check and are subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br />Community Development prior to building permit issuance. <br />40. The project shall comply with the State of California's Model Water Efficient <br />Landscape Ordinance and Bay Friendly Basics Landscape Checklist. A licensed <br />landscape architect shall verify the project's compliance with the ordinance and <br />checklist: 1) prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 2) prior to final <br />inspection.
