4110 4IP/ <br /> Association may, within ten days after notification of such <br /> cancellation, request a meeting to discuss the possibility <br /> of a substitute provision to replace that which was cancelled. <br /> Nothing in this section shall operate to terminate this <br /> Memorandum of Understanding prior to its scheduled date of <br /> expiration. <br /> E. Education Incentive Pay Plan. City shall, in concert with <br /> Association representatives, review the present Educational <br /> Incentive Pay Plan and incorporate into said plan any changes <br /> mutually agreed to by the parties involved. <br /> III. OBSERVATION OF PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS. It is understood • <br /> by the parties that the provisions of the Memorandum of Understand- <br /> ing, upon acceptance by the City Council; is supplementary to the <br /> Personnel Rules and Regulations now or hereafter in effect for the <br /> employees of the City of Pleasanton.
