As you know, the <br /> Summerhill project in Hacienda is before you for consideration on tonight's agenda. As you will see from our approval <br /> letter, included in the staff report, Hacienda has reviewed and approved their application subject to the conditions outlined <br /> in our correspondence. <br /> While we felt that Summerhill had, under their previous application, presented what we believed would have been an <br /> outstanding addition to Hacienda, we likewise believe that the application before you this evening will bring similar <br /> benefits to our project and the community. Summerhill has taken time and care to develop a good product that also <br /> addresses recently raised issues in a manner that has won the support of their neighbors. <br /> For these reasons, we believe that this project merits your support which we hope you will provide this evening.
