Assumptions: • Activity under this task is on an as-needed basis as determined by the City and its CM. Deliverables: • Documentation of review and determination of compliance with the contractor's Excavated Materials Management Plan • Technical Memorandum with interpretation of lab results and corresponding recommendations for disposal of contaminated soil and groundwater Task 10—Proiect Close Out Task 10.1 — Pipeline Record Drawings RMC will prepare record drawings for the Project after completion of construction. The record drawings will be based upon one consolidated set of red line markups provided by the Resident Engineer and City staff that depicts changes that took place during construction. The record drawings will also include the pipeline profiles prepared under Task 4. Assumptions: • Red line markups provided by the City (originating from the Contractor and CM) will be clearly legible and without contradictory information, suitable for transfer by CAD staff to CAD files. Deliverables: • Record Drawings (.pdf and AutoCAD 2014 format) Task 10.2—Documentation RMC shall summarize and log documentation developed through its ESDC activities, including preparing final logs of submittals, RFIs, Document clarifications prepared for the Project. Deliverables: • Final logs (.pdf and MSExcel format) and Submittals, RFI responses, CDCs (.pdf format) uploaded to RMC Fileshare site for City download.
