THE CITY OF <br /> 20 <br /> IEASANtNC CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> June 16, 2015 <br /> City Manager <br /> TITLE: ADOPTING THE FY 2015/16 and FY 2016/17 OPERATING BUDGET AND <br /> THE FY 2015/16 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Staff is recommending the adoption of the FY 2015/16 and FY 2016/17 Operating Budget <br /> (Operating Budget) as was previously presented at the Council meeting on June 2, 2015. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached Resolution approving (1) the FY <br /> 2015/16 and FY 2016/17 Operating Budget and the (2) the FY 2015/16 Community <br /> Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The financial impact of this action is outlined in the "Budget Summary" section of the <br /> Operating Budget and is attached herein as Attachment 3. <br />
