Building Permit Fee Whenever a Building Permit is required as prescribed in PMC 20.04.015, the Permit Fees, Plan Review Fees and other associated Fees will be determined by this section. VALUATION SCHEDULE NEW CONSTRUCTION &ADDITIONS Permit Valuation shall be determined by the New - Commercial & Industrial Buildings Construction Valuation Table of the Building Division in - Dwellings effect at the date of application, or as otherwise -Garages&Accessory Structures determined by the Building and Safety Official. The Table shall be revised annually on January 1 by the percentage increase or decrease in the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index (CCI)for the San Francisco Bay Area. ALTERATIONS&REPAIRS -Remodels, Repairs, Reroofs, Tenant Improvements, Contract price of the work being performed, or as etc. otherwise determined by Building and Safety Official. Permit Fee ACCESSIBILITY SURCHARGE Applicable to plan review of all projects requiring compliance with State of California 15% of Building Accessibility, FHAA and/or ADA Requirements. Permit Fee GREEN BUILDING SURCHARGE For all permits requiring compliance with California Green Building Standards 15%of Building (Includes Waste Management Fee).
