SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UTILITIES—Process Control/Electrical <br /> Contractor Name:S.D. Electric, Inc Signature:The City is requesting an experienced licensed contractor to perform routine and emergency electrical and <br /> telemetry work for the Utilities Division. This work would be performed at any of the City's water, sewer or <br /> stormwater facilities located throughout the City. <br /> All Contractors' employees shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations governing the <br /> installation and testing of electrical equipment and components. All Contractors' employees shall comply with <br /> all OSHA and City policies regarding the proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures. <br /> The following outline provides a scope of work for the City's expectations regarding "as needed" electrical <br /> work for utilities: <br /> • Provide routine electrical service at all utilities' pump stations and telemetry sites. <br /> • Provide emergency service on a call out basis for these same locations. <br /> • Provide troubleshooting and repairs to MCC (Motor Control Center) and control units of varying voltage <br /> and phase. <br /> • Perform work on water, sewer and stormwater pumps varying in size from 2 H.P.to 450 H.P. <br /> • Trouble shoot and repair remote telemetry units and controllers associated with water and sewer <br /> systems. <br /> • Provide installation of electrical systems at various locations. <br /> CONTRACTOR'S LABOR RATES (Hourly) <br /> Position Description Regular Overtime Sunday Emergency <br /> Cahoot <br /> Foreperson, Electrical $137.00 $237.00 $274.00 $137.00 <br /> $ $ $ $ <br /> Contractor's Equipment <br /> Equipment Size& Description Hourly <br /> Rate <br /> Truck and Tools Truck-1 Ton/Electrician Tools $27.33 <br /> Percent of mark-up on material: 1 0 % Percent Mark-up on invoicing must be demonstrated as a <br /> percentage.
