91-6 CONNECTION TO INSTALLATION. Except where <br /> work is done under Maintenance Electricians' <br /> permit it shall be unlawful for any person, <br /> firm or corporation to make connection from <br /> a source of electrical energy or to supply <br /> electric service to any electric wiring, de- <br /> vices, appliances or equipment for the in- <br /> stallation of which a permit is required, <br /> unless such person, firm or corporation shall <br /> have obtained a certificate of approval issued <br /> by the Chief Building Inspector or his duly <br /> appointed representative. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person, <br /> firm or corporation to make connections from <br /> a source of electrical energy or to supply <br /> electric service to any electric wiring, <br /> vices, appliances or equipment which has been <br /> disconnected or ordered to be disconnected by <br /> the Chief Building Inspector or his duly ap- <br /> pointed representative or the use of which <br /> has been ordered by the Chief Building Inspec- <br /> tor or his duly authorized representative to <br /> be discontinued until approval has been given <br /> by him authorizing the reconnection and use <br /> of such wiring, devices, appliances or equip- <br /> ment. The Chief Building Inspector or his <br /> duly appointed representative shall notify <br /> the serving utility of such order to discon- <br /> tinue use." <br /> <br /> c.
