for any subsequent legislative decisions regarding the EPSP and related environmental analysis. <br /> SECTION 3. Any further consideration of legislative decisions regarding property within the <br /> EPSP subsequent to any approval of the EPSP and certification of the final EIR shall be suspended until <br /> such time as it is demonstrated,to the satisfaction of the City Council,that the City's total projected <br /> water supplies available during normal,single-dry,and multiple-dry water years(i.e.,the current <br /> drought)will meet the water demand associated with the EPSP in addition to the City's other existing <br /> and planned future uses. <br /> The City will base its determination upon consideration of: (i)the provisions of Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code Chapter 930;(ii)the Tri-Valley Water Retailers Water Shortage Contingency Plan adopted in <br /> 2009 and applicable within the Zone 7 service area;(iii)and the final EIR for the EPSP,which will be <br /> brought forward to the City Council for certification following the close of public comment on the draft <br /> EIR and preparation of responses to comments. <br /> SECTION 4.
