Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-744 declaring the intent to approve an <br /> amendment to the contract between the City of Pleasanton and the California Public Employees' <br /> Retirement System; introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 2117 authorizing an <br /> amendment to the contract between the California Public Employees' Retirement System and the <br /> City of Pleasanton to include Section 20516 (Employees Sharing Additional Cost) of .5% for <br /> classic fire members <br /> City Council <br /> 2. Ratified the Mayor's appointments to the following: Civic Arts Commission: Alternate Jay <br /> Doraiswami, Member Amy Jones, Youth Member Lucas DeBernardi; Economic Vitality <br /> Committee: High Technology Representative Steve Baker; Human Services Commission: <br /> Members Rosiland Wright, Rajesh Parekh, Alternate Meera Parikh, Youth Member Andy Funing; <br /> Library Commission: Alternate Michaela Hertle, Member Sean Lehman, Youth Member Ria Vyas; <br /> Parks & Recreation Commission: Alternate Bryan Bowers, Member Joanie Fields, Youth Member <br /> MirArman Abrishamchian; Youth Commission: Alternate Arthur Hwang, High School Member <br /> Michelle Zhou, At-Large Member Taylor Sowers, Middle School Member Russell Ambrosiewicz <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Public Hearing: Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-745 approving the <br /> allocations for Housing and Human Services and Community Grant Program Funds for the Fiscal <br /> Year 2015 Grant Funding Cycle (FY 2015-16) and authorized the City Manager to reallocate any <br /> Housing Rehabilitation Program loan repayments for new loan applications in accordance with <br /> program guidelines; and approved the Five-Year Consolidated Plan (FY 2015-19) and Annual <br /> Action Plan (FY 2015-16)for the Use of Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds <br /> 4.
