Karen Diaz
From: Karen Diaz
Sent: Friday, May 15, 2015 1:08 PM
To: Mayor and City Council
Cc: Brian Dolan; Larissa Seto
Subject: FW: GEE Board resolution -Item No. 15 SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL
Provided to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
From: Randy Ritter [mailto:rritter )hoaservices.net]
Sent: Friday, May 15, 2015 10:30 AM Date
To: Jennifer Wallis
Subject: RE: GEE Board resolution
Jennifer—this clarification is speaking for the entire Board
Randy
From: Randy Ritter
Sent: Thursday, April 30, 2015 3:36 PM
To: 'Jennifer Wallis'
Subject: RE: GEE Board resolution
Jennifer—I don't to split hairs here but your comment ..."the HOA is giving tentative approval of any changes
and not just acceptance to review.."
is too broad of an interpretation—I cut and pasted the 3 points from the attached letter—
It speaks to building envelop, grading related to the potential change to the envelop and any other
modifications related to this potential change .
1. Allow the modification, including but not limited to reasonable enlargement and/or movement, of the
building envelop of lot T-2 (8019 Golden Eagle Way)to allow for the pushing the entire home back 15
to 20 feet;
2. Allow for the additional grading (if necessary, and within reason)to accomplish the movement of the
house within a modified building envelope;
3. Allow for the other minor modifications of any other Architectural Guideline which may require
attention due to the movement of the proposed planned home to accommodate the stated reasons for this
resolution. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to allowing for lesser setback to the
western property line to accommodate the landscaping as proposed in the existing Landscape Plan for
8019 Golden Eagle Way.
I hope this helps—
Randy
From: Jennifer Wallis [mailto:jwallis(&citvofoleasantonca.uov]
Sent: Thursday, April 30, 2015 10:40 AM
To: Randy Ritter
Subject: RE: GEE Board resolution
1
