Does approval really need to be granted before the year's end? What is the rush when the RHNA allocation for 2022 is unknown? • The 1,300 units are not to help fund El Charro Road. Residents are actually building the road • Plan is ridiculous • The plan entails a school site next to a quarry,is within the airport zone, and parts of the plan are in the flood zone • Disappointed that the City expects residents to accept hardship of additional development to make developers rich • The City Council should not vote on May 19th for the plan and should listen to residents instead • Prefers zero new houses to maintain property values 6
