This is old data and should be updated • Traffic on First Street is already bad and El Charro Road is not going to help First Street • The approximate 1.5 million square feet of industrial space may not have a high number of people, but will have significant truck traffic • The plan is seriously flawed because it is contingent on El Charro Road • The fill and pillars required for construction of El Charro Road will result in only one car in each direction • Concern about cars veering off of El Charro Road into the lakes WATER SUPPLY • No way to add homes with water shortage • Plan should address gray water system pumps and storage 4
