WHEREAS, while the consideration of the EPSP will pause, the City Council's <br /> consideration of the EIR may continue for potential certification of the EIR without any action on <br /> the underlying EPSP. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Pauses consideration of the EPSP until ... <br /> Drought Rationale future water supplies are more stable <br /> Traffic Rationale traffic circulation and roadway funding are further resolved <br /> School Rationale school capacity planned and addressed <br /> Housing Needs Rationale Regional Housing Needs Allocations for the 2023-2031 are known <br /> SECTION 2. Continues the current public hearing process for the consideration of the <br /> EIR for the EPSP. <br /> SECTION 3.
