DESCRIPTION OF REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY \AREA <br /> The Pleasanton Community Redevelopment Plan , hereinafter <br /> called "Plan , " is a redevelopment plan to .be implemented by <br /> the City of Pleasanton Redevelopment Agency , hereinafter <br /> called the "Agency , " in accordance with California Community <br /> Redevelopment Law . The Plan encompasses in the redevelopment <br /> project area, hereinafter called the "project area , " which is <br /> delineated on the attached Land Use Plan Map , designated as <br /> Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part <br /> hereof and more particularly described as follows : <br /> All the real property in the City of Pleasanton , County of <br /> Alameda, State of California , within the following described <br /> boundaries : <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the northerly extension <br /> of the westerly line of Lot 941-1700-1-18 bordering south of <br /> I-580 ; thence southerly along the outskirts of this lot <br /> and Lot 941-1700-1-15 to the intersection of Foothill Road <br /> and thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Foothill <br /> Road to the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Foothill <br /> Road; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Stoneridge <br /> Drive to a point 1000 feet east of Foothill ; thence southerly <br /> 300 feet ; thence easterly to the eastern side of Springdale <br /> Avenue ; thence northerly along said easterly side to the <br /> southerly side of Stoneridge Drive ; thence easterly along <br /> said side to its continuance as Stonedale Drive in a southeasterly <br /> direction ; thence southerly along said extension to its inter- <br /> section with the easterly end of Hillsdale Drive ; thence <br /> westerly along the northerly boundary of Hillsdale following <br /> the northern boundary of Muirwood Park , Lot 941-1045-46 ; thence <br /> southerly along the easterly side of Muirwood Drive following <br /> the exact border of Muirwood Park to the intersection of <br /> Muirwood Drive and the southwesterly corner of Muirwood Park , <br /> Lot 941-1003-1-1; and thence easterly along the southern <br /> boundary of Muirwood Park to the intersection of the south- <br /> eastern corner of Muirwood Park at I-680 : thence southerly <br /> along the western side of I-680 until this intersects with <br /> State Reserve limits that follow the future site of West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard; thence southwesterly along the northern <br /> limit line to a point 550 feet west of I-680 ' s western side : <br /> thence due south to the southern State limit line and easterl - <br /> along this line to where it meets the west side of I-680 ; <br /> thence due east across I-680 to the eastern side of I-680 ; <br /> thence northerly along the east side of I-680 to where said <br /> • line intersects the south side of West Las Positas ; thence <br /> easterly along the southern border of Best Las Positas Boule- <br /> vard until southwestern corner of the intersection of West Las <br /> Positas and Itopyard Road; thence southeasterly along the <br />
