41 41 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 74-108 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A SURVEY AREA PURSUANT TO <br /> SECTION 33310 OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE , (COM- <br /> MUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW) . <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council , at its meeting of May 13 , 1974 , intro- <br /> duced Ordinance No . 723 declaring the need for a Redevel <br /> opment Agency to function in the City of Pleasanton and <br /> declaring the City Council to be the agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the Health and Safety Code provides <br /> that a survey area for redevelopment purposes may be <br /> designated by resolution of the legislative body. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 . the City Council specifically finds that there is an <br /> area within the City of Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to as <br /> survey area, which is necessary to be studied to determine if a <br /> redevelopment project or projects are feasible within said area . <br /> Section 2 . The boundaries of the area are more particularly <br /> described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by reference and are delineated on the map attached hereto as Ex- <br /> hibit B and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 3 .
