DISCUSSION <br /> The proposed Agreement between the City and the District for the shared use of the <br /> tennis courts at Amador Valley High School is for an initial six (6) month trial period from <br /> May 2015 through October 2015. During that time period, the tennis courts will be <br /> available for community use as follows: <br /> May 4 — June 12, 2015 <br /> Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> Sundays: 1:00 p.m. —4:00 p.m. <br /> June 13—August 24, 2015 <br /> Mondays — Fridays: 6:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. <br /> Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> Sundays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> August 25 — October 31, 2015 <br /> Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. <br /> Sundays: 1:00 p.m. —4:00 p.m. <br /> In addition, the Agreement outlines the rules, rights and responsibilities of each agency, <br /> as well as insurance requirements and the respective indemnification obligations.
