Commissioner Hottle was assured by staff that all plants would be approved by the City <br /> of Pleasanton and would be okay if recycled water was used. <br /> When advised that there was to be a total of 250 housing units in the development, <br /> Chairperson Streng commented that this park would likely be an amenity more for the <br /> local community and some consideration should be given to including dog parks in <br /> these kinds of developments. He felt the new park design was an improvement over <br /> the previous design. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hott le, seconded by Commissioner Wahl, <br /> recommending approval of the final park design for the mixed-use <br /> residential/commercial development project located at the corner of Gibraltar and <br /> Hacienda Drives. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Fields, Hott le, Wahl, and Chairperson Streng <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner Lambert <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br />
