ATTACHMENT 1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into this 21st day of April 2015 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and St. Francis Electric ("Contractor"). Whereas, on July 15, 2014, the City and Contractor entered into an"As Needed Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement" ("Agreement"); and Whereas,the City needs Contractor to perform additional work(unforeseen repairs to street lights) prior to June 30, 2015; Whereas,the additional work necessitates increasing the compensation in the Agreement from $100,000 to a not-to-exceed amount of$125,000 for the contract year ending on June 30, 2015; Whereas,the City also desires to extend the Agreement by an additional year(to June 30, 2016) with a not-to-exceed amount of$100,000 for that contract year; Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 2 Term is amended to extend the contract to June 30, 2016. 2. Section 3 Compensation is amended to increase the total compensation for the year ending on June 30, 2015, to a not-to-exceed amount of$125,000. 3. Section 3 Compensation is further amended to provide Contractor with compensation in a not-to-exceed amount of$100,000 for the period from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. 4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
