THE CITY OF <br /> WrieLarra <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> 7 <br /> pL EASANTON. <br /> April 21, 2015 <br /> Community Development <br /> Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 8112 (THE RESERVE AT <br /> PLEASANTON) LOCATED ON VINEYARD AVENUE, EAST OF THE <br /> PLEASANTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 8112 created 18 single-family detached residential lots and an estate lot on an <br /> approximately 18 acre site. The property is located between Vineyard Trail (Old <br /> Vineyard Avenue) and Vineyard Avenue east of the Pleasanton Unified School District <br /> property, as shown on Attachment 1. All subdivision improvements have been <br /> constructed and public improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept for normal maintenance all onsite and offsite public improvements <br /> constructed with Tract 8112. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public streets, <br /> public street lights, public water main and public sewer main. Revenue from taxes and <br /> development fees generally cover the increased cost to provide services and maintain <br /> infrastructure. <br />
