Kimley>>>Horn Sub-Task C:Prepare Final PS&E Kimley-Hom will meet with the City to review comments on the 100% PS&E and the City will provide one set of non-conflicting comments on the 100% PS&E. Budget for the meeting is included in Task 1. Kimley-Hom assumes that the Final PS&E comments will be minor in nature and that no major redesign to the horizontal and vertical geometry is included. Based on the one set of non-conflicting City comments, Kimley-Horn will finalize the construction documents, and will update the OPCC to reflect the final design. We assume 1585 hours of effort for this sub-task to develop the Final PS&E submittal, and include final revisions to the plans, specifications and cost estimate. Deliverables: • One(1)full size(24"x36"bond) set of Final PS&E to the City • Five(5) half size (11"x17"bond) sets of Final PS&E to the City • Final Technical Specifications electronically(2010 Caltrans format) • Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost Should the City require the final construction documents be on mylar sheets, Kimley-Horn will provide the signed, mylar set at an additional cost to the City. Information Provided By Client We shall be entitled to rely on the completeness and accuracy of all information provided by the Client or the Client's consultants or representatives. The Client shall provide all information requested by Kimley- Horn during the project, including but not limited to the following: • City utility facilities(storm drainage system, water, and sewer) as-builts • City as-builts for Stanley Boulevard • Schedule We will provide our services as expeditiously as practicable with the goal of meeting the following schedule: • Task 1 -On-going for project duration (assume March through August) • Task2 -3weeks • Task 3-2 weeks for Conceptual Design • Task 4-75% Estimate-2 weeks • Task 4- 100% PS&E-5 weeks • Task 4-Final PS&E -3 weeks This schedule does not include City's plan review time and is based on timely response and delivery of background information required to perform the work. Kimley-Hom assumes all deliverables, including the Final PS&E,will be submitted to the City on or before August 31, 2015.
