53)Stationary stores. <br /> 54)Tailor or dressmaking shops. <br /> 55)Toy stores. <br /> 56)Variety stores. <br /> 57)Watch and clock repair shops. <br /> 58)Wine shops, tasting rooms for wineries, excluding liquor stores and bars. <br /> 59)The following uses, not to exceed a total of 5,000 square feet for the entire <br /> shopping center: <br /> a. Art schools. <br /> b. Martial arts schools. <br /> c. Music and dance studios. <br /> d. Tutoring centers, excluding daycare/childcare centers. <br /> Each tenant space shall be occupied by no more than 20 students at any one time <br /> and are subject to the conditions as listed Section 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> *5,000 square-feet for the entire shopping center is inclusive of uses listed in <br /> Conditional Uses Category#6. <br /> Conditional Uses <br /> 1) Barbershops and beauty shops including massage services which cannot meet the <br /> criteria of a permitted use stated in Section 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, not to exceed 7,000 square feet for the entire shopping center inclusive of <br /> uses listed in Permitted Uses Category#7. <br /> 2) Brew pubs, as defined in Chapter 18.08 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, with <br /> alcoholic beverage service after 11:00 p.m., excluding bars. <br /> 3) Restaurants and cafes with alcoholic beverage service after 11:00 p.m. <br /> 4) Sports bars serving meals, and restaurant uses, with alcoholic beverage service after <br /> 11:00 p.m. Individual uses shall not exceed 5,000 square feet. Outdoor seating is <br /> limited to 50 seats for each business. Live entertainers at such uses are limited to <br /> those whose main duty is to perform music or comedy routines. <br /> 5) Veterinarians' offices, outpatient clinics, and small animal hospitals, including short <br /> term overnight boarding of animals and incidental care such as bathing and <br /> trimming, provided that all operations are conducted entirely within a completely <br /> enclosed building which complies with specifications for sound-mitigated construction <br /> prescribed by the Chief Building Official. <br /> 6) The following uses with 21 students or more at any one time, not to exceed a total of <br /> 5,000 square feet* for the entire shopping center: <br /> a. Art schools. <br /> b. Gymnasiums and Health Clubs. <br /> c. Martial arts schools. <br /> 4 <br />
