Side Letter of Agreement#3 <br /> EXTRA DAYS OFF IMPLEMENTATION FOR 2012 <br /> The City and PPOA have met and agreed upon the following implementation guidelines for scheduling <br /> Extra Days Off in 2012. <br /> 1. Members who participated in the seniority vacation sign-up process in October 2011 and <br /> signed-up for at least 80 hours of vacation will have their first 80 hours of vacation granted by <br /> utilizing their Personal Time Off(PTO) leave bank. <br /> 2. For those members who did not select at least 80 hours of vacation leave during the sign-up <br /> process in October 2011, the department will facilitate a PTO seniority sign-up process after <br /> the week of February 7, 2012. <br /> 3.
