additional one-half percent (.5%) toward the employer's pension contribution rate for a total <br /> PERS contribution of 10.5%. The quantity of <br /> mandatory uniforms for new employees will be determined by the City Manager and Chief of <br /> Police <br /> 16.1 Uniform Allowance <br /> The annual uniform allowance of one thousand and fifty dollars ($1,050.00) shall be paid on <br /> the first pay day on or after March 1st of each year. <br /> Effective March 1, 2012, the annual uniform allowance shall be one thousand two hundred <br /> dollars ($1,200.00). <br /> Effective March 1, 2013, the annual uniform allowance shall be one thousand three hundred <br /> and fifty dollars ($1,350.00). <br /> Effective March 1, 2014, the annual uniform allowance shall be one thousand five hundred <br /> dollars ($1,500.00). <br /> Section 17.
